HOW TO LOG A SUPPORT TICKET

  • By email
    Send your request to ​ithelpdesk@johnxxiii.edu.au​. Please include your name, student code (if applicable), and a brief description of your issue.
  • By phone
    Call the College ICT Help Desk on (08) 9383 0447.

All requests are logged and tracked to ensure prompt assistance for every family.

SUPPORT FOR PARENTS AND STUDENTS

Our team is committed to providing clear, friendly and effective support for all technology needs.

  • Parents: 

    For assistance accessing SEQTA Engage or other College systems, contact the ICT Helpdesk by email or phone. Please provide your full name and your child's details to help us assist you efficiently.
  • Students: 

    For help with devices, logins, printing, or digital learning tools, visit the ICT office during school hours or email the Helpdesk directly.

HELP DOCUMENTS AND RESOURCES

Step-by-step guides covering common ICT topics are available to all families and students through SEQTA Documents. Resources include instructions for accessing College systems, troubleshooting devices, and navigating digital learning tools.

To access, log in to SEQTA Engage (parents) or SEQTA Learn (students) and go to the Documents section.
