Stay informed and connected with College life.
Our weekly newsletter keeps families informed of upcoming events, important dates, and College news. Stay across everything happening across both our Primary and Secondary schools.
The College calendar covers all major events across the year for Primary and Secondary students, as well as whole-College activities and special celebrations.
The calendar is updated regularly to reflect new opportunities and any changes to scheduled events. Families can access it online at any time to plan ahead.
The John XXIII College calendar is your invitation to connect, celebrate and participate in the life of our College community.
From musical performances and sporting competitions to community picnics, art exhibitions and alumni reunions – there is always something bringing our community together at John XXIII College. Events are open to students, families, alumni, and friends of the College.
At John XXIII College, the partnership between families and teachers is central to how we support every student. Parent-teacher interviews are a dedicated opportunity to discuss your child's academic progress, wellbeing, and goals – and to work together in their support.
Interviews are held at scheduled times throughout the year, typically in Term 1 and Term 3. Please refer to the College calendar for specific dates and times.
What to expect
Interviews provide structured time with your child's teachers to discuss progress, strengths, and areas for growth. In Secondary, all parents and students are encouraged to attend, fostering a genuinely collaborative approach to learning.
How to book
Bookings are made online through our secure booking system. Families receive an email with instructions and a link to the booking portal ahead of each interview period. Simply select your preferred timeslot and confirm your booking.

The John XXIII College Parents' Association brings families together and supports our College through social, pastoral, and financial initiatives. All parents and guardians are automatically members, and meetings are held each term. These gatherings are open to all staff and parents – a welcoming space to connect, discuss matters of interest, and contribute to College life.
Our Parents' Association Liaisons (PALs) are dedicated parent volunteers from each year group, led by a Head Convenor. PAL coordinators organise social events, welcome new families, and coordinate volunteers for College activities – building genuine friendships and lasting connections across year groups.
For upcoming meeting dates and PAL social events, refer to our College calendar and the weekly newsletter.
