An Evening with Brian Neo (Class 1997)
Connect | Network | Inspire

We're delighted to invite you to our next Alumni Connect event, hosted at Sterling Property. This networking evening is open to all alumni, across all industries, as well as our current Year 12 students.

Whether you're a recent graduate or well into your career, it's a chance to reconnect with fellow alumni, engage with Principal Daniel Mahon, share your experience with current students, and grow your professional network.

Insights from Brian Neo
Brian will share what 25 years in commercial property have taught him, and reflect on the role businesses can play in giving back to their community, from long-standing local partnerships to his recent role on a development advisory network for the Perth Children's Hospital Foundation.

About Sterling Property Co
Sterling Property Co is an independent, boutique commercial real estate agency based in Subiaco, WA. The team of 20 works across two divisions, Agency (sales and leasing) and Asset Services (property and facilities management). They currently manage more than 120 properties and 257 leases spanning commercial, industrial, retail, medical, and childcare assets across Western Australia.

Sterling's approach is built on putting relationships before the transaction, backed by decades of hands-on commercial property expertise. Their areas of focus are non core CBD assets, and their strengths are in the suburbs and growth industrial land corridors, with a little over $800m worth of property sold in the last 3 years.

About Brian Neo
Brian graduated from John XXIII College in 1997, one of four siblings who came through the school, and he now has two sons at the College, in Year 6 and Year 8.  He is the Founder and Managing Director of Sterling Property, with nearly 25 years' experience in WA commercial property, including over a decade as a Director and equity partner at Burgess Rawson.

He's looking forward to hosting the evening and catching up with classmates past, present, and future.
