Great Minds. Good Hearts.Great Minds. Good Hearts.

Great Minds. Good Hearts.

About Us
"Consult not your fears but your hopes and your dreams. Think not about your frustrations, but about your unfulfilled potential. Concern yourself not with what you tried and failed in, but with what it is still possible for you to do." Pope St John XXIII

About John XXIII College

John XXIII College is an inclusive contemporary Catholic College where students grow to become people for others. Intellectual maturity, integrity and spiritual growth characterise the way our students look at the world. We prepare our graduates to be people of competence, conscience and compassion committed to God and the service of others.

We are a Catholic, independent, co-educational school built on the Ignatian ethos of nurturing the whole child: a great mind and a good heart.

Balancing the academic and the spiritual helps us develop well-rounded young people, dedicated to God and the service of others.

Our College is a leading co-educational school in Mount Claremont. Our university-inspired campus set on expansive grounds is home to students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12.

John XXIII College:

  • provides a caring and pastoral school environment 'the John XXIII family' in which parents and staff support each other to nurture students' development.
  • has a sound reputation for academic and co-curricular achievements and quality facilities. Our state-of-the-art educational programs provide for students' wide range of interests and abilities.
  • is a co-educational Catholic School (Pre-Kindergarten- Year 12) that operates under the authority of the Catholic Archbishop of Perth. Religious education, Catholic teaching and forms of worship are central to the life of the College. The College welcomes persons of other denominations who are committed to supporting the Catholic ethos of the College (subject to the availability of places).

John XXIII College acknowledges the Whadjuk people of the Noongar nation who are the traditional custodians of this land upon which we live, learn and work. We acknowledge the continued deep spiritual connection and relationship of the Aboriginal peoples to this country and commit to the ongoing journey of reconciliation.
