As discussed at Parent Information Evenings earlier this term the new learning management software that the College has introduced has now become available to parents and students. All parents should have received a letter that contains their log in details by Monday 23 March. I would ask that all parents please log in to Coneqt-p to ensure their user name and password are accurate. It is strongly advised to change the password after the initial login. As such it is important that parents ensure the College has accurate email addresses and that they are able to access Coneqt-p. If you experience any difficulties accessing the Coneqt-p site or do not receive your log in details please contact the College IT Department at ithelpdesk@johnxxiii.edu.au
YEAR 7-12 INTERIM REPORTS
All Year 7-12 Interim Reports will only be available electronically via Coneqt-p. An email will be sent to parents to notify them when the reports are available. Interim Reports provide parents and students with an indication of the student's academic progress and work habits in each of their courses. They do not contain grades however they are a meaningful document to communicate valuable information to parents. They also provide a basis for interviews between parents and teachers. Please note no Interim Reports will be printed and sent home.
PARENT TEACHER INTERVIEWS
Parent Teacher interviews are scheduled for Monday 30 March and Wednesday 1 April from 3:30 - 7pm. All families with a surname beginning A-L will be able to book interviews for Monday 30 March whilst families with a surname beginning M-Z will be able to book interviews for Wednesday 1 April. Interviews can be booked using Parent Teacher Online (PTO). Details regarding access to PTO will be emailed to all parents early next week.All interviews will be held in the Thomas More Exhibition Centre. Students are strongly encouraged to attend. Interviews are scheduled to be 7 minutes duration. If you require a longer period of time please contact the teacher directly to arrange an alternative time. Please note the final interview will commence at 6:52pm.
