Marie Bloodworth - Hospitality Teacher

The Year 11 Hospitality students welcomed our very own Master Chef extraordinaire Mr John Cumming, the John XXIII College Business Manager, into the commercial kitchen on Wednesday 29 June. The multi-talented Mr Cumming produced a gastronomic feast with Year 11 Hospitality students.

An entrée of a delicious Scallop Ceviche was prepared and enjoyed by all. This was followed by the 'piece de resistance', Succulent Seared Beef Angus Fillet served on Toasted Brioche with a Mushroom Duxelle and Bearnaise.

The students thoroughly enjoyed this lesson and obviously gained a lot from Mr Cumming's outstanding talents in the kitchen.
