Year 11 2A Geography Field-work

Our budding Year 11 Geographers completed a good day's work on Thursday 15^th May, investigating the effects of wildfire and prescribed burns on our native environment in the Mundaring area. Students found the devastating effects of the January 2014 fire in the Parkerville-Stoneville area "confronting." Their advice for people living in rural as well as in urban areas, is to be adequately prepared because "lightning can strike twice " in the same spot.
