Last week we celebrated SOSE week and our theme for 2012 was the Olympics to celebrate the games soon to be held in London. The Olympics is always so much more than celebrating Sport; in our area we look at the geographical, economic, historical and political aspects related to the games.

Students and staff took part in quizzes and on Tuesday we had volunteers from Year 8 who took part in an Olympic Challenge which involved identifying flags as well as using clues to find Olympic rings hidden around the school.
