As part of Year 9 History this term, students studied the Industrial Revolution in Britain. Either individually or in pairs they produced a shoe box diorama illustrating an aspect of the industrial revolution such as technological innovations, experiences of men, woman and children and the changing way of life. These dioramas were displayed on Open Day. Visitors to the College entered into a People's Choice Award voting for their choice of the best diorama. The winning diorama was 'Coal mining in the Industrial Revolution' by Ethan O'Loughlin and Matthew Wallwork. Congratulations on a great effort, boys.
