Primary News

Dear Parents

As I walked around the Primary School this week it highlighted for me how happy the children are to be at school. All the classes are working hard and I am confident this focus and energy level will remain over the final weeks of this term. However, it is of utmost importance that children continue to attend school every day and on time. Classroom doors (Years 1-6) are opened at 8.35 am each day and children need to be settled and ready to start their day at 8.45pm with the rest of their class. Your co-operation on this matter would be greatly appreciated by the teaching staff.

Congratulations to our seven Primary Netball teams on their fabulous efforts throughout the season. A sincere thank you to all coaches and managers. A special mention to our Year 6 team who won the A1 Division pennant, under the expertise of their coach, Sally Purnell. Well done to Ella Matthews, Sloan Burton, Caitlin Thornton, Olivia Purnell, Brianna Judge, Jamie Cannon, Lucia McMahon and Imogen Hooke who walked away as champions!

Well done to the students who received certificates during the Catholic Performing Arts Festival: - you are all stars!
