NAS Sport
Well done to all students who took part in the NAS Sport competition in Term 2. In particular to our premiership teams Year 8 boys touch rugby, Year 8 & 9 girls touch rugby and our senior girls champions league netball team. Our senior girls netball team have now qualified for interzone and elimination rounds of the champion school competition which is a great effort. Good luck to the girls involved next term in those competitions. As ever I'd like to encourage all students to get involved with school sport and support our NAS competition. It is a very comprehensive and competitive league with a wide variety of sports catered for, and whilst we have had some pleasing results we have by no means dominated the competition. It would be great to have all students competing in 2014 to represent their College. This concludes our NAS sport for 2013 as we turn our focus to Athletics for term 4, with the Inter house athletics carnival on Friday 9th August at the State Athletics Centre.
