The Department of Health Immunisation Nurses will be visiting the College on Wednesday 10 June to administer the second round of vaccines to Year 8 students ( HPV + Diptheria, Tetanus & Whooping cough).

The Nurses will return on Thursday 11 June for follow-up.


Breakfast is considered an important meal because it breaks the overnight fasting period, replenishes your supply of glucose and provides other essential nutrients to keep your energy levels up throughout the day. A good breakfast improves concentration, memory and mental performance.

  • Raisin bread or fruit loaf topped with ricotta cheese and banana
  • Muffins or crumpets
  • Toast toppings, such as baked beans, eggs, cheese and tomato
  • Plain yogurts with fresh fruit
  • Low fat milk
  • Fruit smoothies
