Project Compassion

Our students are demonstrating to our College community the many ways they can serve others through their thoughts and actions. Throughout Lent, each class has a Project Compassion box where the students are making donations to make life changing differences to marginalised communities around the world. Class charts record what donations can buy in countries like Peru, Zimbabwe, Philippines, Timor Leste, the Thai Burma border areas and for the Australian Indigenous.

Congratulations Chet

Chet Morgan has been awarded an Achievement Certificate for his OUTSTANDING exam result in last year's Australian Guild of Music Education Practical Exam. These certificates are awarded to the top students sitting the Guild exams throughout Australia, New Zealand and parts of Asia!

Prevention Across the Spectrum

Thank you for returning the permission forms. We will be looking forward to starting the program in the next two weeks.

Please note that in last week's newsletter I mentioned the Health check being a height and weight check. The project leader informs me that it will also include a blood pressure check. This personal information will not have names recorded against the data.
