Health Centre

The College Health Centre is located in the demountable on the grassed area to the left of the Main Administration Building. A Registered Nurse is in attendance from 8am to 4pm daily.

The role of the College Nurse :

• The College Nurse works independently providing consultation, assessment, management, referral and follow-up of injuries and illness. This includes psychological, emotional and social issues.
• Promotes a Healthy School environment.
• Provides Health Information.
• Fosters students to be responsible for their own health.
• Develops Health and Injury Guidelines for the College.
• The College Nurse works under the "National Competency Standards for the Registered Nurse" to provide evidence-based nursing care.
