Head of Pathways and Transition

In the spirit of John XXIII, Mary Ward and Ignatius Loyola, our College seeks to develop people of competence, conscience and compassion who are committed to God and the service of others.

John XXIII College is seeking a passionate and dedicated Head of Pathways and Transition to join the College.

The role is responsible for developing and maintaining alternative Senior Secondary pathways that provide the full range of students with the background and skills required for meaningful post school destinations.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, an energetic and collaborative approach with a depth of knowledge of current educational theories and practices. Competence with technology and ICT and experience at using computer applications to enhance teaching and learning are strongly desirable.

Excellent teaching and classroom management skills are essential, along with a desire to assist students to achieve their full potential.

The applicants must actively support and promote the Ethos of the Catholic school and a current Working With Children card/application must be submitted at the time of application.
