Around the Primary

Dear Parents,

On Tuesday our Primary School was invaded by 'rats' for the Primary Musical. The Year 4 children have worked very hard over two terms to learn their lines, a repertoire of songs and dance routines to finally put together a wonderful performance. Their hard work and determination showed in their truly wonderful musical.

Congratulations to the Year 4 students and thank you to Mrs Morell for preparing the students so well. The quality of the production was of a very high standard. It was fantastic to see the students sharing their talents on the stage and enjoying themselves too!

It was great to have so many parents involved behind the scenes - the costumes and make-up were amazing!

Well done to the Year 1 students for preparing today's assembly - THEIR RETELL OF 'Wombat Stew' was absolutely delightful!

Congratulations to all the students who received a certificate.

On Thursday our Years 3-6 students participated in the Interhouse Athletics Carnival. It was a very busy and exciting day and there was a wonderful atmosphere presiding through each of the Houses.

The children tried their personal best, showed a great sportsmanship and followed instructions well. Special thanks to Mrs Menzies for organizing this great day.

THANK YOU to all the parents and grandparents who came along to cheer on the children. A big thank you to the many parents who volunteered to assist on the day and also to run in a relay.

Congratulations to all our Houses.
