Head of Pathways and Transition

John XXIII College is seeking a passionate and dedicated Head of Pathways and Transition.

The role is responsible for:

*    working collaboratively with the Leadership Teams to develop programs that best meet the needs of the students at the College
*    the ongoing assessment of programs being offered and the advice being given to students
*    overseeing the implementation of the VET program
*    overseeing Workplace Learning
*    providing pathway advice to students and parents.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, an energetic and collaborative approach with a depth of knowledge of current educational theories and practices.

Experience as a Senior Secondary teacher is desirable.

The applicant must actively support and promote the Ethos of the Catholic school and a current Working With Children card/application must be submitted at the time of application.
