The College Code of Behaviour applies to all members of the College community.
By agreement amongst the students, staff and parents of John XXIII College community, the following rights and responsibilities are held to apply to any member of the Community who engages in College activities.

- To feel proud to belong to John XXIII College.
- To have property respected.
