Health Centre

The role of the College Nurse:

• Registered Nurse with current registration with Nurses Board of WA.
• Minimum of three years post graduate nursing experience.
• To provide health care to all students, staff and visitors to the College. The College nurse works independently, providing consultation, assessment, management and follow-up of injuries and illness. This includes psychological, emotional and social issues. 
• The College nurse is responsible for injuries that occur during health centre hours only.
• The College Nurse works under her Code of Professional Conduct to provide evidence-based nursing care and is accountable to the Nurses Board of WA and the College Principal.
