In Years 7 to 10, students undertake a program of study which consists of compulsory subjects (Religious Education, English, Mathematics, Science, Studies, of Society and Environment, Physical and Health Education) and elective subjects. The elective subjects include languages, practical and creative arts and technology.
In Year 8, all students follow the same program including the study of two second languages. In Years 9 and 10, students choose their electives. In Years 11 and 12, the program consists of subjects accredited by the Curriculum Council of Western Australia which is responsible for graduation and setting examinations at the end of Year 12. Students who undertake these examinations and satisfy various conditions are eligible for a Tertiary Entrance Rank (TER) which is based on a student's Tertiary Entrance Score. Half of this score is derived from the Tertiary Entrance Exam (TEE) and half from assessments made by the College. In addition, students continue their involvement in the Religious Education Program through the Accredited course, Beliefs and Values. For students not seeking a TER, a program of Wholly School Assessed (WSA) courses and Vocational Studies prepare them for graduation and entry to Technical and Further Education or the world of work.
