The Club comprises daughters and parents and operates with a committee of parent volunteers.   Our aim as a Committee is to ensure the girls continue to acquire skills, improve fitness levels, participate in team sport and have fun.  We have one paid Official position in the Club and that is the Netball Coordinator.  Our Coordinator, Mrs Stephanie Alderman has been associated with the Club for 10 years both in her current role and as a parent.  Mrs Alderman provides professional advice to the Committee, sources and supervises coaches and umpires and generally ensures the smooth running of the training and Saturday game.  All Umpires and coaches are remunerated.
