Parents' Association
The Parents' Association makes an important contribution to the development of the College’s community spirit as well as providing essential morale and financial support. The Parents’ Auxiliary is an important group within the Parents' Association.
The Parents' Association holds one meeting each term in the Exhibition Centre at 8pm. At this meeting, matters of common concern and interest are raised and discussed. The meetings are open to all staff and parents/guardians of students at John XXIII College. Parents with particular concerns should discuss these with the Principal - the Parents' Association is not an appropiate forum for these.
In order to make a worthwhile contribution to the development of facilities at John XXIII College, it is necessary for all parents to commit themselves to the activities of the Parents' Association. From time to time, it may be necessary to call on people with specific expertise to assist in different endeavours.
Parents can help the College help their children. Parent involvement will enable friendships to develop and will help all concerned to provide a better place for their children to be educated.
